Our Nursery Teams
Our teams are our most valuable asset. They are skilled and passionate and they are not baby sitters! They are highly trained in their profession, having studied at college for at least 2 years. They are focused and inspirational and together strive to provide a 5* service for all our children and families, often going above and beyond.
They are recruited for their kind and nurturing nature, ensuring your child is cared for in an understanding yet professional way. They are experts in child development and are always on hand to support families and answer any questions.
We continually invest in our team through in house training opportunities or external training courses. It maintains their motivation, commitment and enjoyment and provides opportunities for them to develop their own skills, ensuring your child is given the best possible care and education.

Directors
Sarah is a fully qualified teacher with over 25 years experience. Nathan has a Media degree and together they are responsible for the vision, purpose and direction of policy, procedures, and pedagogy as well as group finances.
Amy
LEO - Leader of Education and Care
Amy has a degree in Teaching and Learning and has been a manager at Little Pickles for over 7 years. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience especially in SEND and Child Protection. She is responsible for promoting company vision, policy, and procedures and excellence through equality, diversity, and high expectations across both settings.
Hollie
LEO - Leader of Operations and Business
Hollie is an approachable member of the leadership team and has undergone a variety of business training. She is responsible for promoting health, safety, and welfare for all children, finance, HR and customer service across both settings.
